Registration Fee
Registration is required to be admitted to the venue and participate in the conference’s technical program and other A-SSCC 2024 activities. To receive the best rates for the conference, we encourage delegates to take advantage of the generous Early Bird.

- At least one author must register for the conference (with payment) by September 20, 2024 and attend the Conference to present the paper.
- Regular registration fee includes admission to all technical sessions except tutorial sessions, coffee breaks, welcome reception, banquet, a copy of the final program, and e-proceeding.
- Student registration fee includes admission to all technical sessions including tutorial sessions, coffee breaks, welcome reception, a copy of the final program, and e-proceeding. For student registrants, banquet is option with JPY 11,000 per person.
- Plenary talks are free-of-charge and open to the public.
Author Registration Policy
One Full Registration (Student Registration is NOT a full registration) covers a maximum of TWO accepted papers by the same registered author.
A Student Registration (applies to both IEEE Student Members and Non-Member students) covers only one accepted paper.
Extra Paper Charge: An additional 15,000 JP Yen must be paid by the same author for each additional paper to be presented at the conference and included in the proceedings if the additional paper(s) have no other registered authors. The additional fee will be charged after your registration based on the confirmation request from the secretariat.
IEEE Membership Fees
Payment of the Registration Fee entitles the registrant to entrance to the conference. Members of IEEE receive a substantial discount on conference fees, and members of SSCS receive an additional discount.
For an additional fee, educational events are offered as well as current and past ISSCC publications.
IEEE Member Authentication via IEEE login will be required for A-SSCC 2024 to receive discount membership rates. When registering, please make sure to have your IEEE member login and password available.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations and adjustments: Prior to 11:59PM JST Thursday, October 31, 2024, conference registration can be canceled. Fees paid will be refunded (less a processing fee of JPY 12,000). Send an email to the registration contractor at a-sscc2024@semiconportal.com to cancel or make other adjustments. Substitutions will not be permitted.
No refunds will be made after 11:59PM Thursday, October 31, 2024. Paid registrants who do not attend the conference will have access to the digital proceedings.
